:that if you are dealing with someone through email who just does't get it .. why not talk to his superior to get the situation resolved ? I did phone - similar results. Like I said, they had ample opportunity to correct the issue. If every order has to get escalated to management to get decent service, there's something wrong. Just wanted people to know, because judging by the similar posts all over the place, Russell or whoever talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk by hiring decent people and ensuring they maintain what he claims his standards are.
